The Company, under the former name of C.T.G.M. SA in Lausanne, became the european delegation for ST RAPHAEL SHIPPING CORPORATION of Monrovia, managing five bulk carriers and one ore/bulk/oil (OBO) carrier.






The Company became the managers for HAMILTON HOLDINGS LTD of Monrovia, servicing in the period a fleet of nine OBO vessels and nine tankers.
In the middle of the '90s the company changed the name in Shamrock Maritime moving office to Geneva.







The Company assisted HERALD HOLDINGS LIMITED of Majuro, in an newbuilding program consisting of three 160,000 DWT tankers, one 73,000 DWT tanker and two 46,000 DWT product oil carriers all delivered between 2002 and 2003. These vessels were managed until sold in 2004. Therafter the Company commercially operated four product oil carriers taken on long time charter by FR8 Corporation Inc, Panama and two new building 51,000 DWT product oil carriers.





In 2010 the Company assisted SHIP FINANCE MARITIME CORPORATION of Majuro in the newbuilding of two 35,000 DWT bulk carriers delivered in 2011 and managed until sold in 2004. Since 2015 the Company manages three 58,000 DWT bulk carriers.
